YMCA Plymouth Y’s Group
The Y’s Group is a vibrant social community for individuals aged 65 and over, run by the YMCA. Its members are a diverse mix of men and women who come together to combat isolation and loneliness while enjoying life. The group meets regularly for engaging activities
and outings, providing a welcoming space where older adults can make friends, share experiences, and stay active both socially and physically. At its heart, the Y’s Group is about connection, companionship, and having fun with others who understand the joys and challenges of later life.

Beat4Autism
Beat4autism C.I.C is a community interest company based in Torpoint that provides support, advice, and signposting services to parents, carers, and professionals supporting autistic individuals, alongside providing support to complete complex forms such as referrals, DLA, and PIP, with or without a diagnosis.
We hold many autism and sensory-friendly events throughout the year, including our Big Picnic, Play4autism sessions, and our magical Christmas Grotto, and we facilitate interactive presentations to create better understanding and awareness.
As a SEN parent myself, it’s important that others don’t feel alone, isolated, or lost throughout their journey. That’s why Beat4autism C.I.C was created. It is very close to my heart. Our community is at the heart of what and why we do this.
